How Xano helped AD'OCC centralize data and launch a scalable customer app

Gaspach.io helped train the AD'OCC team in Xano for backend and WeWeb for frontend, and then build and launch their web-based directory. The project followed a continuous development model with monthly releases. There were two team members: one frontend developer and one backend developer.

The app allowed users to access AD'OCC's content without downloading anything from an app store, ultimately driving significantly higher adoption.

Centralized and connected data

AD'OCC centralized company directory data in Xano, from bulk CSV imports and real-time frontend data entry. This allowed for continuous updates and automatic synchronization. "Xano serves as the single source of truth for all applications within this scope," said Gaspach.io co-founder Clément Marianne.

Xano's visual function stack also made it easy to build and manage the APIs needed for data access. Addons allowed AD'OCC to process data more efficiently, enriching their API responses.

Before, AD'OCC had to create separate WordPress sites for every event. They also had to manually copy shared company data and manage access from external partners. Xano and WeWeb automated all of these processes.
